The workplace is one of the most powerful brand experiences a company can create.

I created TikTok's Artist in Residence program to bring local culture directly into the physical environment of our offices. Partnering with artists across disciplines, we developed site-specific installations that transformed workplace interiors into spaces for storytelling, discovery, and creative exchange.

Beginning in Los Angeles and later expanding globally, the program established a visual framework that celebrated diverse artistic voices while creating a stronger connection between employees, visitors, and the communities surrounding each office.

More than a series of murals, the initiative became a scalable cultural platform—using art, environment, and experience design to shape how people connected with the TikTok brand every day.
