Hailed by Hypebeast as the hardest relay race on earth, The Speed Project challenges runners to push beyond limits. GIRLAB took that challenge even further—not only racing from Los Angeles to Las Vegas but making the bold decision to run back to LA.

GIRLAB exists to empower women from all backgrounds, at every stage of their journey, through the power of movement and community. These images capture the essence of that mission—resilience, unity, and the relentless pursuit of more.
As a symbol of their strength and individuality, the team wore custom-designed gear—T-shirts and sweaters emblazoned with a manifesto crafted to uplift, unify, and ignite the spirit of every runner and crew member.

Inspired by the unapologetic energy of Coyote Ugly, the kit embodied fearlessness and rebellion, mirroring the untamed nature of a race with no rules. It wasn’t just apparel—it was a declaration of confidence, resilience, and the power of showing up fully as themselves.
